What this calculator refuses to count
- Balances that will not stay
- It does not assume new balances stay. Real measurement values funding after run-off, servicing and pricing, which is why the platform locks a baseline at approval.
- Growth the market would have delivered
- If deposits would have grown anyway, that growth is not programme value. The platform strips it out before reporting a result. This calculator cannot, so treat the total as a ceiling.
- Your internal costs
- Implementation effort, data work and the time a proof of value takes from your team are not modelled. Budget for them separately.
- A forecast
- Every figure on this page comes from an input you supplied. It is a reason to talk. It is not a forecast or financial advice.
Run it on real data.
The proof of value replaces these sliders with your own account-level history.
