Built for the gap between a finding and a balance.
Most banks can already see the deposit shortfall. Very few can carry it to a funded account and still say, at the end, what the effort was worth.
Why we exist
Banks are not short of deposit analytics. The shortfall gets diagnosed in a steering committee, turned into a slide and handed to four teams. By the time anything reaches a client, nobody can say which idea produced which balance.
Everything we build exists to carry a finding from the first signal to a booked balance without it being rebuilt by hand along the way, and to survive the treasurer who asks what it cost.
We started with deposits because a deposit number is hard to fake. It is either in the book or it is not.
Five principles, each with a cost
- People in command
- Every consequential action needs a person who can be named afterwards. That makes the product slower than a fully autonomous one. In a bank we think that is the right trade.
- Measured before reported
- A baseline locked at approval, checks that strip out market movement, and funding valued after run-off. We would rather report a smaller number that finance believes.
- Governance is part of the product
- Approvals, the locked baseline and the audit log come with every deployment. We do not sell them as an upgrade.
- Works with what you chose
- We read from your core and send work to the origination, relationship and pricing systems you already bought.
- Honest about fit
- The buyer's guide lists the situations where you should buy something else.
What we will not build
These are design decisions. None of them is a setting somebody can switch off in a difficult quarter.
- An agent that moves money alone
- Every money movement needs human authorisation. That will not change.
- A baseline that can move
- Once an initiative is approved, its comparison point is fixed for good.
- Shared models trained on your book
- Your data is yours. It is not pooled and it does not improve a competitor's model.
- Data held hostage at renewal
- Full export, in standard formats, at any point in the term.
